A list of court-appointed experts (in Italian) is available below. The list includes intellectual property attorneys, members of FICPI Italy, who have expressed their willingness and interest to act as court-appointed experts in legal disputes involving intellectual property.
The “Settore” heading is intended to be indicative of the technical and scientific sector in which the individual attorney operates, so that it is not exhaustive. Reference to a specialized court division is also purely indicative and not exhaustive, as it indicates only that the attorney’s professional practice is within the jurisdiction of the specialized division in question.
